Enable multiple versions of DoenetML #2429

This PR uses the new multi-version capabilities of doenetml-iframe to enable specifying the version of the DoenetML. We now exclusively use the editor and viewer from doenetml-iframe.

The upgraded DoenetML package also includes a new virtual keyboard.
