I can't to rebuild this project without any config changes on my win pc so i has changed only the one src file.

Hey @adm1t ,

Thanks for the pull request but we have to reject it. The scrollRestoration configuration has been left to the developers on purpose. We cannot integrate it in the library since this behaviour will depend from one project to another. Developers who need to set the scrollRestoration to manual have to do it in their own scripts.
