Length confirmation url in DOI request email too long. #121

The algorithm how to create the token for the opt-in confirmation url, it needs to be discussed if the token length is needlessly long. Probably an easier token generator could do the job too. Please double check and implement if its the case!

Also the url in Mail gets shortend after the last / (slash) but should be displayed completely
