Re-enable version information for branch 0.0.9 #97

While merging branch 0.0.8 into 0.0.9, displaying the version (last tagged) in the dApp disappeared accidentally.

Please re-enable this function and provide a suggestion on how and where to display the Doichain version with Material-UI style.
