What should users be able to do in the control panel?

Possible options:

Delete account
Join/Leave group
Delete comment
View comments
Track replies on comments
Track comments on posted torrents
Post/Delete torrents. (Unless bound to a group and user is not a "deleter" for group?)

More like, Request to join/leave group

Group leader would have to approve of the said member joining!

Also added options for default categories, language, and R18+

Layout implemented for basic settings, will implement functionality next.

Users can view their torrents and in which groups they are.
