Add a preview your post option. Make use of all that empty space on the right to make a bigger description and filename window.

Incorporate which group you're uploading for. (Probably going to move this to (group) account page)

Filename automatically grabbed from torrent if javascript is enabled.

You can now select the group for which you upload, or select individual/private upload.
