People should have rights to delete their uploaded torrents.
For example if they have to release v2 so close to the v1.
Or if they copied their tracker wrongly. Or if they're uploading batch torrent.
For my case I uploaded this torrent http://anidex.moe/?page=torrent&id=17678
Copy pasted tracker when creating it. Then when I checked upload page that it was copied with a space. So utorrent says Failure: Unregistered Torrent.
