Code is not well commented #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout the svn
2. look at the code
3. be confused

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is very little commenting and I can't make out the majority of the code.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 19, linux.x84_64

Please provide any additional information below.

this is just a client with a few extra features if you think the commenting 
needs to be fixed its better to complain to tremulous devs since ~99pct of this 
code is from the tremulous svn

Bloom is pulled directly from OpenArena, maybe the OA source will have 
commenting.
