Bug: import product with VAT Included price the product price is not create #17392

Bug

When we import product with VAT Included price the product price is not create and not shown in customer order. We must to render the price page of product to automatically generate the VAT excluded price.

Environment

Version: 13.0.1
Web server: apache
PHP: 7.3
Database: Mariadb10
