[Extrafields Separator (not a field) not working on Billing|Payment]

Environment

Expected and actual behavior

[*Try to use collapsing separator on invoice lines doesn't work. The sign "-" or "+" are printed on the beginning of the separator as many times as we have lines. Clique on "+" doesn't uncollapse extrafields. PS. : 1. On billing extrafields, collapsing separator is working

  1. Same trouble on Dolibarr 13.0.4 under Windows 10 Pro with latest Wamp*]

Steps to reproduce the behavior

[On Invoice module setup Complementary attributes (lines) tab Create a separator (not a field) with value 1 Create one new attribute with visible 1 Create another noew attribute with visible 1 Goto Billing>New invoice add two or more lines to check]
