Add bank transaction import module with free bank connection api service nordigen #21663

Feature Request

The company Nordigen (https://nordigen.com) offers a free service where you can connect your bank account with it and you can import data like bank account name, iban, all the transactions, etc.

I thought it would be great if someone added it to Dolibarr as a module as it's a free service and everyone is in a desperate need of importing bank transactions.

Use case

Automaticly import bank transactions into dolibarr bank module via free service from Nordigen.
