Feature request : CRM - Track email actions related to objects #23210

Feature Request

In every object, especially proposal and invoices, when we send an email to the customer the actions should be recorded. This will simplify the job of the person in charge of, for example, relaunch of unpaid bills or see if a proposal has been send by somebody else from the same team.

Use case

Suggested implementation

Add a trigger that record all actions taken related to an email action. This email action should be attach to evey page with a button "send an email"

There is an external module that can help track if an invoice is sent by email: https://www.dolistore.com/en/crm/1647-Is-Mail-Sent.html

It adds a custom field to customer offers, customer orders, customer invoices and respective supplier documents.

It does not track how many times an email is sent though.

Hello This Addon doesn't respond to the feature request, whe should see an history, when who and how many times an email has been send. On top of that this addon doesn't work properly - I have buy it and redevelop for my own purpose.
