Idea: easy to install free official dolibarr plugin #24270

Feature Request

When we have to deploy a plugin in dolibarr we need to download the zip file then deploy it on dolibarr.

The main idea of this feature request is to be able to deploy/install/add a plugin from dolibarr's admin page without zip file.

Use case

The good example is facturx : it's not really a good idea to add all facturx code into dolibarr core because factur-x is only for french and german companies.

But factur-x could become a sort of an "official free dolibarr plugin" with a very easy installation way direct from dolibarr admin page.

Like we have in nextcloud for example :
