print/ODT for Ticket Module #24714

Feature Request

Is it possible to put the possibility of printing documents in the Ticket module? It is already possible to make ODTs but it is impossible to print them?

Use case

The idea is that if the ticket is in reference to a return merchandise or device to be able to take out a removal label or to put a label with the ticket number on it. Or to be able to get out of an ODT/PDF with some information to file in files outside Dolibarr.

Hi, this is a problematic issue for me too, I found a great solution by connecting the Dolibarr database to Word and doing publiposting with a pre-made template. Works great!
