Bug: Billable Orders (Commandes facturables)

Bug

On the "billable orders" screen, all orders that have already been billed appear in the default filter. However, they are already invoiced and should therefore not appear.

Environment

• Version: 18.0.1
• OS: Linux
• Web server: Apache
• PHP: fpm-fcgi 7.4
• Database: MySQL or MariaDB 5.7.42-log
• URL(s): /commande/list.php?leftmenu=orders&search_status=-3&billed=0&contextpage=billableorders

Expected and actual behavior

The default status filter is "Validated, In Progress, Delivered", but orders with a "Processed" status appear in the list.

Click on "billable orders" (commandes facturables)
