shpment ODT #28766

Bug

Dolibarr V19.0.0 When using an ODT template in the shipping module, the tags {line_qty_shipped} and {line_qty_asked} are not filled in. Other tags work correctly.

Environment PHP

8.2.7

Environment Database

MySQL or MariaDB 11.3.2-MariaDB-1:11.3.2+maria~ubu2204

I haven't investigated the exact cause, but I replaced the "delivery" folders in htdocs and htdocs/core/modules and the previous version and now it works as it should
