Expense report: kilometric allowance (indemnité kilométrique) #31230

Bug

I use the mileage (kilometric indemnity) on the expense report (optionnal) For this, we just need to complete the table on the page « admin/expensereport_ik.php ». But since the version V19, the amount left blank on a new line on expense report (after select the vehicle type).
