Could you make a button to delete the budget data?

User Story

As a [user], I want [delete my budget] so that [I can make a new one].

clicking the front-end button deletes the budget.

after deleting the budget, it can be confirmed by checking the mongoDB and seeing the budget has indeed been deleted.
