add vaultcord.com #548

We would like to allow our customers to use DomainConnect to seamlessly setup their custom domains for our service's vanity pages.

If it helps, I ran the Linter with the -cloudflare option and made sure to resolve any errors

Nit. Key-value spacing is inconsistent; sometimes there is space other times not in between kv. Easy fix (when having some reason to update this template next time) is to run the following.

dc-template-linter -increment -inplace vaultcord.com.vaultcord-custom-domains.json

Other than that this looks great. What comes to onboarding to Cloudflare please follow instructions in following web page. I am anticipating quick onboarding, things look pretty good.
