Fix pack updates + v3.4.20.4 (fixes Stoneblock3 pack install) #11

On your current master branch, updates of instances (modpacks) is broken for me.

I merged the tag v3.4.20.2 from ATLauncher/ATLauncher onto the last version I made a pull request for (v3.4.19.1) and then merged into your master.

This fixes it for me. I also removed the new workflow (something crowdin related) and enabled automatic releases on versions that end with Beta

EDIT 2022-11-02: merge version 3.4.20.4, which fixes install of Stoneblock 3 see ATLauncher/ATLauncher issue number 660

Also, quick remark, the pipeline only fails because it tries to release but cannot. If you look at the commit on my branch it works. https://github.com/Auncaughbove17/ATLauncher-Offline/actions/runs/3384322982
