ModLoader download issues: eror 403 #26

Describe the bug Unable to download any modloader.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In the "instances" tab try to select any modloader

Logs (No logs at hand at the moment, but there is some in #25 )

System information:

Additional context Issue originates from the fact, that Cloudflare are blocking requests from this luncher to ATL`s servers. The only relistic fix for this is to switch to direct download from forge`s official servers, or, at least, add ability to manualy install modloaders from file.

As a temporar workeround: download official ATL and use it only to install loader.
