Minecraft Version: 1.12.2 [Via Version + Via Version Rewind + Via Version Backwards] Java Version: Unsure BetterNick plugin version: LATEST

I user PEX + Vault. So when a player nicks then logs out with the nick still active then reconnects their nick is gone and they have their normal skin + name the problem is they are the chat prefix i have set.
