Implements #101 / #96

I made IsOpen an attribute of the group itself and not the entry in the list.

Check list:

[x] Hiding of groups with ctrl + click
[x] Enable showing hidden groups with a checkbox
[ ] discuss reintroduction of IsOpen code which was removed here without comment
[ ] localization of "show hidden"
[ ] make check box nicer/smaller (?)
[ ] Add tootltip for user (maybe next to checkbox)

I would concider adding a X mark or an icon of an eye in addition of using a special shortcut. It will be more intuitive.

It seems that the Dungeon filter is not working anymore.

I have choose BRD and all other intance are displayed.

Strange, I did not see that the last time I played. I will look into it. Can you attach a screen of your settings page?
