Add some shot names for german dungeons

That are some other Names for Dungeons on the german Servers. I hope that is all that is required for them to show up.

First tests for "hdw" and "hügel" are positive.

Added most of them. "Burg" "Schattenfang" is alreadys caught by the addon.
