Fix ghcr.io case-sensitivity issue #33

Creates all-lowercase repository name environment variable and uses that in the tag

This should fix the problem mentioned in #32

One more issue:

Error: buildx failed with: ERROR: invalid tag "ghcr.io/:11.5.7": invalid reference format

Lol I wish there was an easier way to test GitHub Actions. I thought that was the right environment variable but maybe not.
