outside_temperature accuracy #78

In esp config

outside_temperature:
  name: Your Panasonic AC ESP Outside Temperature sensor

...can the accuracy (decimals) be set? Currently it returns only degrees, would like one decimal accuracy

The panasonic ACs do not provide any more accuracy.
