Fix the combined atlas #14

Examining the combined atlas showed issues -- normalising the binary masks to the grey matter TPM didn't work (likely because trying to align a binary mask with a smooth probability map tend to "contract" the binary mask to the higher values of the TPM). Try combining the maps without realigning, but just reslicing.

Looks like both atlases use similar definitions of the hippocampus, so probably just add them together

Decided just to remove the left and right hippocampi from the subcortical atlas - most of the volume is covered by finer grained structures in the Glasser atlases (hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, presubiculum, ...)
