refresh command could use a confirmation message as well. #5

I believe that a confirmation message that is used for the 'clear' command should also be used for the 'refresh' command. It may be confusing for some people who may forget what refresh does and wish to save the old assignments for referral at a later date.

Recommendation: Rename refresh command to something like 'deleteolda' as refresh can cause one to think that it would update something. Or add a confirmation message.
