[Request] Disable sky effect below certain height/biome.

While the stars are greatly appreciated when underground, underground layers and most certainly the underworld should not be seeing them, and the appearance breaks the sense of immersion. Perhaps add a biome check as well so it's also compatible with don't dig up?
