Even its a small water pool, it will still cause lag(FPS dropping). I am very sure that its this mod's problem and it is not my PC problem. I am using RTX 3080, AMD Ryzen 9, and 64GB RAMs in total. Moreover, the lags problem really disappeared after I removed this mod (Calamity : Wrath Of the Gods)
