Not broadcasting correct messages #16

Hey, I recently changed the messages in my config, and they're broadcasting the default messages for some reason. I edited it while the server was closed, and it's not even changing the config. It stays like this http://pastebin.com/wGcVcGKW and still broadcasts wrong messages. I think it also broadcasts the messages at the default time too.

Never mind I seemed to have fixed it.
