Hi! same issues( I haven't used it for several years, because it stopped working after the global migration to the modern production version of Houdini Py3.

well, I have a kinda solution that worked for me! just rename the folder "python2.7libs" in the DMNK folder to "python3.7libs" and.. bam It works!
at least for the asset renaming part.
