In the upstream PGF/TikZ repo we started receiving issues that are concerning your HTML variant.

To help combat the overall frustration on both ends of not being able to help and not being helped, please remove all backlinks from your HTML manual to https://github.com/pgf-tikz/pgf and please make it much more clear to the readers that issues with any web rendering should not be reported upstream but here.

I've removed the link to the pgf repo from the footer, and changed the home page to prominently say "Unofficial HTML Version". Thanks for letting me know about the confusion.
