pgfplots: no share link symbols at far right of syntax lines #32

The tikz HTML manual shows share link symbols at far right of lines describing command or option syntaxes.

No such symbols in the pgfplots HTML manual, also for some commands or options, the corresponding HTML anchors are not created.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add such symbols so commands and options are easier to be referenced from outside the tikz.dev site.

Additional context

Currently pgfplots HTML manual already has share link symbols for sectioning titles. https://tikz.dev/pgfplots/reference-addplot#sec-4.3.2 image

Good point. I added those anchors -- hope I didn't make any of the headings look bad in the process.
