This is a little mysterious, and is likely to come from the way the name key is registered in the macros of the documentation -- probably some sort of edge case. The problem is also present in the PDF version, I believe, since the word name is not linked in this code example on page 386: (tikz.dev link)

So probably this is an issue with the parent pgf repository.
