Typo "form" in §14.6, should be "from" #7

Describe the bug In §14.6,

Sets the horizontal radius of the circle (which, when this value is different form the vertical radius, is actually an ellipse).

I think "form" should be "from".

Thanks! This should be fixed in the main pgf repository.

Yes. I reported in the main pgf repository and has been fixed. So I will close this.
