Images not being downloaded to assets/ #130

Please check that this issue hasn't been reported before.

[X] I searched previous Bug Reports didn't find any similar reports.

Expected Behavior

Saving a readable article with 'Download Images' enabled in settings should save article images in assets folder.

Current behaviour

Images not being saved. This is recent behavior, previously images used to be downloaded without issues.

Steps to reproduce

Enable 'Download Images' in settings.

Save a readable article, e.g - https://www.joinprospect.com/blog/which-stage-startup.
Instead of images being downloaded, image links are embedded to article.

[X] I have tried it with all other plugins disabled and the error still occurs
