Pages with encoding other than utf8 are not saved correctly

Expected Behavior

When saving a page in obsidian, I can view it just like in a browser

Current behaviour

When saving a page to obsidian I get unreadable text like "�� ��� �����, � ��������� ����� � ��������� �������, ����������� � ���������� ����������, �"

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the page https://pikabu.ru/story/kak_ya_sebe_portativnuyu_konsol_sobiral_chast_1_10668963

   2. Click “clip page” of the plugin “Obsidian Web Clipper by AC1556”
   3. Check the result in Obsidian

   Browser is Firefox 120.0.1

Possible solution

It may be necessary to implement conversion to UTF-8 when saving the page using electron.
