Cleanup/remove macOS .DS_Store #2

Hi Dominik!

Liked your talk yesterday at ZgPHP and I decided to have a look at your newly open-sourced repository. I noticed you have a lot of .DS_Store files in the repository. These are, as you surely know, macOS artefacts that are useful for Finder App, but not really required for development. I took the liberty to remove them from the repository.

I also added a .gitignore file that will keep such files out for good. You can update this .gitignore file if you ever find the need to ignore any other files as well.

Thanks Marko for the wishes, your quick reaction and correcting my beginner mistakes. There are for sure many more, but one step at the time this will become friendly to the developers.
