add FAQ markdowns #38

it would be nice to have dedicated guides and introductions on deferred rendering, brd and other technical stuff.

It seems like a good idea. I will try to make it later. Besides installation and basic information, I will also try to organize an FAQ with the help of Bedrock shader developers. However, this may take some time to prepare, so it might take a while.
