Yes, please lets look for the existence of the Config and Analyze databases or whatever... just like you do with Volt.

Please clarify default Panagenda database names and paths.

1) how to determine if MarvelClient is on the system

There is now always a panagenda folder as certain basic aspects are free. But the presence of panagenda/mc_analyze.nsf or panagenda/pmc_analyze.nsf should be a reliable indicator that at least some level of setup has been performed on the server.

2) which agent of Frank's you run to generate the monthly number of users report for Jon / billing system

panagenda/mc_analyze.nsf (or panagenda/pmc_analyze) -> (Report Distinct User Counts) . It is scheduled to run at 2am on the 1st of each month, but fails on some servers for reasons I have not fully nailed down.

@JustinProminic this one is done + your last suggestion (to add db count) is added
