Suggestion: Wakes left by boats and ships #1703

Boats and ships should leave a wake proportional in size to the width of the ship behind them when going forward. This could be handled by a simple texture or a couple of particles (or both).

This, since it's particles, can be handled by particle effects already present in the game. Much like how IVV vehicles do with skid marks.
