2 Issues : "didn't find the file" and subtitles #302

Hello,

First of all, thanks for this great plugin to our receivers. It's probably the most useful plugin i know :-)

I have a Solo2 running the latest BH image and I am using the latest DreamPlex 2.1.3. I have movies stored on my server and they all have subtitles. When i play a movie, i first get the error message saying : "Sorry I didn't find the file on the provided locations", so i press OK and then it plays it. I do not know which settings it is mentionning, so i tried deleting the server and relocating it. No change.

Then I watch the movie, but no subtitles are shown. I set the settings as "forced subtitle" but no change.

I have none of these issues on my computer, on my android TV, on ipad, iphones.

Hallo,

The message is coming because you configured direct local which is needed to have subtitles. But there is an error I'm your configure. For this reason the message appears and no subtitles are shown. You need a proper direct local configuration or transcoded as playback mode for subtitles.

For direct local configuration you can use the mapping helper over the blue button. Just navigate to an entry and before you press ok for playback just press the blue button.

Hallo and thanks for offering your help. I am using Direct Local and before playing the file I click on the "text" button on the remote. It then asks me which subtitles. I select and press OK... but it does not do anything. I also tried to reinstall DreamPlex, but not luck so far. Can you send me a print screen of the settings i should use?
