show more button only if article.summary not the same as article.content #159

If an article is very short the article.summary is the same as the article.content. In this case the "more" button is useless and can be omitted.

But the more button is also there so you can see the comments and the share buttons (addthis). So it's not useless :)

I understand, so my use case is indeed special – I use neither comments nor share buttons. The entries in question consist only of a picture and a few lines of text, so this is useful in my case, but not really of general interest.
