I have workspace open to linux open using SSH File Systems. The project repot setting is in project directory in ".git" dir. Every time I open up the project, git is going crazy trying to read in changes in C:\ . Then it give a warning "The git repository at 'c:\' have to many active changes, only a subset of Git feature. Source:Git(extension)"
How do I remove c:\ as the git repo?
