Drop bootstrap.css #523

Is is only used for the dropdowns. I.e. majority of the styles are custom.

Button Style and drop-down plus some custom code to provide search inside the drop-down.

I think replace it with material-ui would be a good idea

I'll let you carry on with material-ui and we can drop bootstrap later or you can drop it at the same time if that seems to interfer with meaterial-ui (i suspect it will)
