Instead of the TILTer annoation tool's API, you should rather use the real tilt-hub, currently available under http://ec2-18-185-97-19.eu-central-1.compute.amazonaws.com:8080/tilt/tilt

You can add or remove (dummy) documents as you like (please see slides on ISIS for password and usage examples).
