Add option to use T1's when using 'create_group_MNI_plots' #10

Allow the use of T1's with charm (currently charm doesn't make a T1 image in MNI space whereas headreco does). This feature does work when using segmented data from headreco.

Is integrated into the main pipeline in my code, will push after other pull requests are accepted
