Docker for Legion #3

  1. To make the user's life easier
  2. An error occurred when comparing against ANGR's built-in exploration strategies (e.g. DFS.py), since they use the same dependencies as Legion, its more convenient to have a docker that installs them and fairer to make the performance comparison with the same docker.
