first and foremost, thank you for all your efforts. This project is awesome!

I have a small feature request though: We add a lot of details to every filament we add. When adding a new spool only the filament name and material get shown in the selection drop down menu: filament As you can see, this gets very confusing, if you have multiple colors and spool sizes of the same filament. Of course, instead of the vendors market name of the filament you could add color and spool size to make the name unique and easily identifiable, but this seems a bit redundant.

Just something to think about.

Again, thank you very much for your work!

Even if you add the ColorName (like i do) if you have for example 2 Filaments because the same filament on 2.3kg spool, the other on 1kg spool - you dont know which is which without naming it accordingly. i think the easiest solution would be some kind of tooltip which shows more information when hovering over the entry.

Generally I expected people to put in the color and perhaps size in the filament name, which would fix this issue. But as you said, it's probably a good idea to have some kind of tooltip to give the full information

If I might add my 2-cents, I've been using Spoolman for a while now and I think it would be quite helpful if color, price and weight were moved into the "Spools" instead of the "Filament".

That would make the workflow go as follows: Vendor (self-explanitory, unchanged) Filament: Select a configured vendor, configure the material, the diameter, temperatures Spool: Select a configured Filament, configure: color, weights (makes more sense to configure here, since the same type of filament can typically be purchased in multiple quantities and different colors) and then all the current config options.

Then when displaying a spool, present it as "Vendor - Filament - Color" by default. Ideally this would be configurable, or at least you would be able to override it when creating a spool.
